Any music teachers out there?! Is the piccolo a transposable instrument or not?!

I think you mean a transposing instrument, in which case the answer is yes.
Piccolo music notation is written one octave lower than the notes that are actually played.

Flute & Piccolo

Are the notes / key fingering the same for piccolo as of flute? I mean is an "A" on flute (thumb and first asecond fingers of left hand) the same on the piccolo etc?

when playing the piccolo, how do you make the high e and f notes sound high when they are the same finger positions as the low e and f notes?

I have just tasted the Piccolo cherry tomato. I must grow these superb tasting babes... anybody know of a stockist or are the seeds F1 Hybrid if not I will use the seed of one of the Toms instead.

i recently went to the gardners world show at the nec and tasted a vareity of tomatoes called piccolo which were the best i have ever tasted have tried to get seed no success any ideas have tried...
