Who are this (possibly Swedish) band?

A few months ago, I saw a band on The Amp music channel, and I can't remember their name.The video featured the band wearing sixties-ish black leather jackets and trousers.The singer looked like a young Bobbie Gillespie, and the song sounded quite Velvet Underground/Spiritualised-y.Oh yes, and at one point the band are harrassed by dogs who arrive in a taxi!

Any ideas?

Likewise, don't know about the video, but another possibility would be the Swedish band the Raveonettes.

No, none of these! but thanks anyway! The reason I think they are Swedish, is the dogs turn up in a taxi with "Stockholm" written on the side.(The more I go on the more it sounds like I dreamt it!)
