Is it even Vauxhall's advert? Well, anyway, the adverts with the little brightly cloured puppet things that are always shouting "C'mon" really obnoxiously. Can anyone with an advertiser's mind explain to silly old me what the heck they are all about?!

Hear hear, rugeley! I am pleased I am not the only one. It just doesn't make sense to me, and it's annoying!

but it is for vauxhall...and you are talking about it!! i agree its annoying tho :)
yes... it might be the vauxhall advert but it makes me wanna go out and smash the window of any corsa that dares to drive past me!!!!
I think its a clever advert. The "C'mon" reference means come on for a spin in the car, go driving in it.
Its another form of "recognition" advertising where a company tries to establish a brand name by linking it to something shocking or annoying.
Remember Benneton's adverts?
As a previous post said its got you all talking about it and that's what an advert is supposed to do. Create awareness for a product.
In Art the worst insult you can give an artists work is stating that their work does nothing for you one way or the other.
