I was sent NIP on 7/3/07, saying i was doing 41 in a 30, on 17/02/07 but i didnt recognise the vechicle no. plate, so i wrote back saying it wasn't my vehicle, now on 17/04/07 2 months later my company said they had a speeding ticket for me, but forgot to tell me.where do i stand? especially as my van is used by other people but was signed out to me.

if the van was signed out to you on the date of the offence, then im afraid you will have to accept it,espeacially if your company say that in court,if it goes that far.
