points dont make prizes !!

date of offence dec 20, convicted may 11 2005 i got 9 points and 400 pound fine for driving without care/consideration CD30. i was working as a courier driving a van. What i would like to know is when can i again drive with a sigh of relief (when do the points come off)

The points stay on your licence for 4 years but are not counted for topping up purposes after 3 years. Take it steady for a while yet,
