I believe you will be entitled to the full years no claim but you will have to write to your insurers for a copy of your entitlement so when you get a new car if you change company you will be able to give written proof of your no claims.
If you only have two weeks left your insurance company should be sending out a renewal any time now. When you get the renewal, phone them and cancel. The renewal notice will have your no claims on. If/when you purchase a new car you'll need to send the new insurance company the renewal notice within 28 days of taking out insurance. My insurance company accepted it via email.
I am assuming that is what you are asking and not a refund on your two remaining weeks. You don't get a bonus just proof of your entitlement that you have been accident free for 1 year which as I said you can then give to your new insurers when you buy a new car. There may be a time limit when using this.
I think there is a time limit before NCB becomes void.
I would have thought yes, since you are presumably not going to make a claim during the next two weeks on a car you no longer own.
