Can anyone please give me the correct tyre pressures for a Vauxhall Corsa 1100cc with just one driver?

I've always used 30psi in the front and 23psi in the rear, but in having a new valve replaced today the tyre shop added extra air to all my tyres and told me that I must always use 32psi all round.

Who is correct?

I've never see a corsa with more than one driver!!

I'd love to give you a proper answer, but they never made a 1100cc Corsa.

Is it not on a little sticker in the door-jamb?
What does your owner's manual say?

I don't have a manual but the Haynes Vauxhall/Corsa manual says 30 and 23. I am not sure whether this 32psi is the optimum pressure depending on if I had passengers or was fully laden or not but it seems to be quite a difference and I need to make sure they are right. If so, I'll keep to what they say.

Chuck, my registration does say 1100cc and I am the sole driver. Doh!

Thank you for the link NazNomad - I'll go by what it says.

23psi in the rear tyres looks a bit low. Wouldn't be the first time I've seen a typo in a Haynes manual.
Haynes manuals really are not the most accurate of publications...The tyre company will have the correct info. to hand, its there job.
I've seen a few Corsas with two in the back and none in the front a few times (at night)! pmsl
