As you may know, I went to see harry potter at the weekend. After it finished, my friends mum gave us a lift a home. However the door on my side wouldn't open, and still won't!

What could cause this? . . .

. . . there is no childlock mechanism, we tried locking it and unlocking it. And opening it from in/outside. it's a complete mystery . . . . . In the end, instead of dropping me off at the end of my road, they took me up into my driveway, so that I could get out of the other side safely, without having to walk out into a main road . . .

I didn't say that i required the exact answer that has caused this one particular car to do this, just what may have caused it.

Count, I got in ok. But TBH they're dodgey anyway. Before you could close them properly, you have to make sure you click the outside bit of the door into the right place, else it won't close at all, so I did that, and now it won't open . . . .
She can't figure out why a car door doesn't open when it's -14 outside, yet on other threads asks about "the formation of atheromas, leading to atherosclerosis and the formation of thrombi"

If this isn't a wind up, I don't know what is.
yes HE does like a wind up!

And what's unusual about that, i'm doing a-level biology not mechanics, when you post stuff like that it really annoys me.
Is it a Reliant Robin?

No, it had four wheels and was dark green, but the sky was too dark to see the make of it properly.

You assume that because i'm doing a-levels, that I know everything, but I only know a lot about a few subjects.
Molly don't mind these people on here, what do they know... You re much more knowledgeable than them.
I had the same problem with my old car molly; no rhyme or reason for when it decided to unlock and lock; just one of those things!
if only I knew a lot about a few subjects......
