They may well not be 'customer-facing' due to the high volume of calls which could result, so there might not be a number available to the general public.

If your son has a Practical Test booked, ask at the Test Centre, they will have a record of him passing the Theory Test and might agree to his not producing it, when taking his test, but I wouldn't hold your breath!! as they can be very strict regarding the rules.

hi there , hubby took son to test centre were they gave him a tel no in the office to ring, his number was provided over the phone from inside the test office,

we have now taken a copy in case he looses it like he did with his theory certificate, unfortunately because he cant get a re test for driving practical test ( he failed last week, he will now have to sit his theory again, as hes of to the gulf for 6 month next week and by the time his depolyment ends his theory will have expired
