I have booked my MOT for tomorrow and know that I am allowed to drive my car there even though it's MOT has run out. However, it's not taxed (because it hasn't got an MOT), if I got stopped by the police would this be an issue. Thanks.

You can drive an untaxed vehicle to and from a pre-arranged test at an MOT test station as long as you have adequate insurance cover in place for the use of that vehicle.
