J (daughter) has hospital tomorrow at 2pm (spesh for those who have been a great support- boxy NoM and others you know who you are xx)
Plus -she has her own flat -sunk all her money from her Dads death into it to renovate it and junkie scum moved in upstairs last week. She immediately decided to sell as she recognised them from our home town.Wheels in motion -got it surveyed Monday, decorator in today to freshen it up and while he was there the junkie scums mates kicked in the security door and procceeded to scrap in the hall.
I am baying but i'll bide my time but WHY???????????
Police coming tomorrow once theyve looked at CCTV but the little Shitzus will get away with it.
Hardly worth it -she's actually lost most of her money cos of those dirty little scumbags who have turned a decent block into a ghetto cos they dont give a toss.

I despair -back to square one just when i thought i was getting out the bit.

So long as she's OK -thats all that matters.

So sorry for all your troubles Dris - reading this puts mine into perspective. If only someone could give you an answer. The world we live in gets stranger everyday.
I hope all goes well for your daughter tomorrow. x

Thanks hun -thats ther most important thing -just that its all happened at once.
I could gleefully kick their heads in and i dont know whats stopping me after everything we've been through.
Dris, I hope her hospital appointment goes ok.
Sorry to hear about her apartment block and the junkies, can the apartment block residents get the junkies evicted somehow?
It is easier to have problems one at a time, focus the mind and all that. You must feel like drawing your wagons into a circle right now.
Dris, I feel for both you and your daughter. Where do you live? Could be a case of sending bugsy and the boys round.
Not sure of the laws of tenancy up there Dris, but down here a tenant does not have an assured tenancy for a while and then only if everything is ok, if these people are renting then firm complaints to the letting agency and the local authority would stop them becoming assured tenants and even lead to their eviction if they failed to comply with enforceable orders from their landlord / hosing association etc,
Oh Dris what a bu**er, sometimes you wonder when all the bad stuff will stop, don't you? Stay as strong as you can and lots of love and luck to your daughter too for tomorrow and onwards.

M♥
The one thing junkies will not want is constant visits from their housing officer who manages their property
Unfortunately there's always some scum around who seem hellbent on making someone elses life a misery.

My young nephew bought a ground floor maisonette for his young family as it was all they could afford on his council apprentice salary.

Six months later they had to move back to family as the scum renting upstairs had "accidentally" left the bath to overflow twice, kept them awake with music and parties to the early hours and used there porch to climb through their 1st floor lounge window instead of the staircase.

They finally moved after their car was stolen coincidentally the day after the family had received a visit from council officers to investigate complaints about them.

We did consider paying them a visit after my nephew had moved on but decided against possibly makiing things worse.

Hope your daughter's luck takes a turn for the better sharpish ...

Know what -im seldom defeated and very seldom reduced to tears but I am-through the kindess of people here and the understanding of our plight.I did think twice about posting as ive had bad press for this reason in the past and ive spent a couple of hrs to my mate on the phone (pix rocks BTW) BUT I just cant get my head around those nomarks who within one week have made our lives a misery.
micmak -you dont really think i'd contenplate that do ya ???? x
Dot-Council first thing BUT we have to wait if it was caught on cctv -should have been as she is slap bang in the centre-no ;proof there either as they were just trying to score and didnt get a reply from the buzzer (sad pathetic spineless bast@rds -well i'll show them first thing)
And no I dont give a flyer TBH -they can deny until they are blue in the face but thjey'll watch their step once ive got hold of them cos i frankly dont care -fools.
Captain kirk -you sure we arent singing from the same song sheet?Last year upstairs flooded for 6 months and the landlord could be gotten hold of.It took the Environmental Health to step in until something was done -the bathroom she had spent at leat a thousand if not more on was ruined -she had no electricity there for 6mths-the insurance botched i and im now having to pay to get it rectified as she has to get out now.
Dris, glad for the update (not about the scum but about the hospital appointment) - fingers crossed for your daughter, I bet you are on tenterhooks now the time has come. I do hope all turns out to be well. As for the other stuff - gee, never a good time for this sort of cr*p.
The biggest flood ruined the bathroom he had just renovated to try to improve the value before selling on. Fortunately the council stepped in and re-renovated the bathroom for him.

The market crashed and they couldn't sell due to negative equity so are currently renting the property at the same time as renting a place for themselves and holding on till the market improves hopefully.

Aye boxy -it never rains but it pours fo us :(
I'll keep you posted and im very glad of your constant support -means the world xx
Hope the cctv does it's job, but we had a case of assault at work and some plonker mucked up the recording and the police couldn't get the evidence for court purposes. Yet we had all seen it played back on the monitor. Give me strength! Fingers x'd for you Dris. Perhaps support and kindness from here shouldn't come as a big surprise, there has been quite a wealth of it lately, and let's face it we can always ignore those who aren't worthy for the sake of the many who are. I hope you (and your daughter) get a good night's sleep. Take care and ttfn.

Thank you so much ttfn -I dont often post and i know how Doc feels at times but I did feel that tonight (although i could post every night) was just too much and i wanted an angle on it.
I'll just be happy whem J phones me to say she's fine cos you cant buy that can ya-spesh what she's been thro my wee lamb -surely we cant have more bad karma??
The waiting can be interminable at times Dris. You daren't hope for good news in case it is bad. There is always that feeling of dread in your very core. The mind swings between two possibilitis just like a pendulum - incessantly. Yet we must never give up hope - or there would be very little point in continuing. When good news does come the relief is almost another pain to bear - albeit of a different kind. Sometimes it is inconceivable just how much we put ourselves through. And of course our own inner most personal feelings have to remain just that - to be dealt with only when we are on our own. Heaven help us at that time. It can be oh so lonely but I think it is inevitably a part of dealing with such dreadful times. Blimey I can go on a bit can't I - sorry Dris, just writing from my heart as you have noticed.
