How can I correct a leaking oil seal ?

The best answer is the most obvious - replace it!
yep, as the man says, 'replace it', there is no real alternative. which seal is it ??
I presume you are talking about the Crankshaft seal's front + rear? depending on the clearance the sump has to be drained & to come off, crank caps to come off, then replace the seals, depending how much loss, leave it. If a lot, do it.
I see you post a lot of answers when you clearly don't know what you're talking about!

Rear Crank seal is Gearbox & Flywheel off and lever out old seal, tap new one in (All engines)
Front seal is Cover off, press out seal, tap new one in. (This relates to the OHV engine fitted to most Fiestas)
Transmission shafts leaking? Pull shafts, lever out seals, tap in new.
Gearshift shaft? Same as above.
