Radio code for renault clio T reg

Does anybody know the code for a clio:
Phillips Radiosat 4000
model number - 22DC451/62E
product number - FD0999092104999
The radio has not worked for ages!! I have tried to enter random other numbers in but dont know how to verify them. if the number i put in is correct will the radio just start working straight away?
