Try sliding --gently --another cd partly in and pulling whilst pressing eject button,both might come out together. I will see if I can find site i used on my daughter's citroen.... try wikihow
You have got nothing to lose here. When you press eject, see if you can see any of the disc through the felt in the slot. Use some tweezers or a small flathead screwdriver to try to prise it out.
I have had a degree of luck this way before. It's obviously better to remove the unit and strip it down but there is no guarantees either way.
If you are resigned to the fact that the unit is knackered and the cd is ruined, give this a try and you might be lucky.
Had the same trouble on my Ford CD radio.Display said there was no disc inside but I knew there was.Had to disconnect battery to do some work weeks later,and lo and behold when I reconnected battery the radio had possibly reset itself,and after entering code disc was ejected.
