Hi All

I have a Fiat Seicento (1999) so it isn't in great working order but last night it decided not to move off my sloped drive. I had the handbrake down but the car just wouldn't budge and the nearside wheel wouldnt turn either. Is this a handbrake problem or something worse? Any help would be much appreciated

Hi, SAFETY FIRST HERE, put a wedge under the N/S + OFF/S Front wheels, put the gear in reverse then jack up the N/S wheel & crack the middle with a large rubber hammer or a copper head hammer, try this a few times, if this does not work remove the road wheel & the same again, do not be tempted to insert any WD40 into the drum as this in-turn will go on the linings. if you do not have the hammers listed go steady if you use a lump hammer on the drum as this could crack the casting.
