Has anyone ever had a reply from DVLA to an e-mail enquiry, and how long did it take ? My message remains unanswered after 10 working days.

No but every time I've ever phoned them they've been very helpfull.

Can you not just call them?

yes but it was a day later try resending the email and if still no reply give them a call hope this helps

Mine took 2 weeks to arrive.And phoning is pure rubbish.Press 1, press 2,3,4 etc.
