Fiat Brava 80 1.2 (2000)

Hi,

I have a Fiat Brava 80 1.2 (2000). It has 93k on the clock ive only just bought it off a friend and was thinking about doing an oil change next weekend.

How often should i change the oil an its filter?

What oil is reccomended?
