Electrics? Earth??

The stereo on my car will only work if my lights are on dipped beam, where before it come on when the engine has started. Also, if i switch my electric mirrors on, the stereo turns off! Any ideas as to what has happened? Car is a Vitara L Reg. Thanks in advance!

Take the radio out & rewire, you have a wire crossed here within the plug.
