Road Fund Licence

Can anyone with a 2000 reg Clio 1.4 3-door please tell me how much the New road fund licence (tax) costs (based on CO2 emissions).

Road tax for vehicles registered before March 2001 is not (and will continue not to be) based on CO2 emissions, but on engine size, which was the method of calculating the tax which prevailed when the vehicles were registered.

Your vehicle is therefore unaffected by the proposed changes to VED bands.
