motorcycle tyres

Could anyone recommend long lasting touring tyres for a Suzuki Bandit 1250SA ? Sizes 120/70 ZR 17 and 180/55 ZR 17. Thanks.

Hi,
In a recent Bike magazine test of sports/touring tyres, the best were Dunlop Roadsmart 3TC, at about £180 a pair, then the Pirelli Diablo Strada, for the same price, both got a five out of five rating for grip, stability, confidence feel and handling. As for how long they last, this of course will dpend on things like your riding style, weight of bike,(plus rider/s!) etc, but all modern sports touring rubber will be in the same ball park.
