i run a 5 litre gas guzzling limousine in london around the city and west end and the airports,

presently i charge every punter �8 extra a trip if we are in or enter the congestion zone, (luckily thats even larger now to the west) i just say what can you do about ken?

bring this new charge on ken as soon as possible!!

at �25 and an average four jobs a day thats an increase for no work of �68 per day, not me guvnor its livingstone and we all have a little grumble as i trouser the money!

It's a good job your customers don't know that as a registered private hire vehicle, you're exempt from the daily charge.

Registered private hire vehicle are exempt. But Limos tend not to be regulated or licensed in the same way as Taxis. They are not subject to inspections by the local authorities. CRB checks are not mandatory for drivers.
