I can't swear to this, but I think it is similar to my Ford Connect van...and it is a right pain in the ar$e! If it is similar, you will have one bolt on top of the light that locates on the bodywork visible when you lift the bonnet. This is the easy one! The other two bolts are under the light assembly and to get at them you have to drop the bumper. On my van this meant removing the front grille, then the trim round the wheel arch to expose the bumper fixing bolts. I can't remember exactly how the bumper came off but it just 'unclips' off the metalwork (you may need to use a rubber mallet to 'persuade' it). You can then get just enough gap to insert an extension socket under the headlight to get at the 2 bolts. I checked with a Ford mechanic/parts changer at my local Fords and this is the only way to do it!! Good luck! (PS. If it doesn't appear to be like this, I apologise for wasting your time!)
In the press the other week, a Halfords technician said that on some makes/models just changing a headlamp bulb is so complex that they refer owners of those particular vehicles to a Main Dealer, who hopefully have someone with tiny hands!
