Visited the Citroen showroom at the weekend, but they don't do it for 17 year olds. Can't remember if they start at 19 or 21. Still looking for a new car with free insurance for a 17 year old.

no, youngest i've heard of is 18 at ford

ROBIN RELIANT, do it for 17 yr olds.. but only on their yellow car colour stock..
