How to change a bulb in a Ford Mondeo Ghia

Can anybody tell me how to change the Side-light bulb in a Ford Mondeo Ghia please? I've looked under the bonnet and can get to the headlight and indicator bulbs easily but the side light bulb seems to be between the wheel arch and front grille covering. (Its the outermost bulb when looking at the car from the front)

Shame I didn't get any replies earlier- it cost my compnay �70 to have it done, as I had no oprtion than to take it in to the garage!!
