Vectra C emissions light?

My 03 Vectra has the emission light on the dashboard on all the time. The car recently had an MOT and to pass the emissions test we had to put a few bottles of injector cleaner through it.

The light has now come back on after a week or so. Does anyone know what could be the root cause of this? The car is a 1.8 petrol and has done just short of 105,000 miles!!!
