Me and my cousin are very very close and always have been. anyway last night just before i got into bed i starting getting what felt like normal period pains, thought a bit odd cause not due yet but anyway eventually went off to sleep but woke up this morning and all I can say is OH MY GOD!!!! My back was thumping, my legs tingly and aching, my stomach throbbing, it got so bad that i actually vomited (sorry), took tablets etc and off I came to work thinking it would pass, anyway just got a phone call and at 5 am this morning my cousin went into labour, im still in agony, tablets not worked, Having to literally pace up and down the office (no period by the way)...my family think im mad, seriously though if you could feel what i can you would understand what im saying......what do you think??? Im amazed by it!!! If I knew she had gone into labour i would think its all in my head but I hadnt a clue....by the way she has nearly had it (2cm's to go- ouch!!) sorry too much info but im soooo excited!! x

Just hope you dont get urge to push, or the piles :)
i think it is more than possible - good luck to her - hope its over quick so your tummy ache stops!!!
lol, or the searing pain as it crowns!!
Well yes, I suppose anything is possible.

But I had a pretty nasty stomach thingy (technical term for it) that forced me home a couple of weeks a go that also sounds a lot like what you described.

But hey... your reasoning sounds much nicer. Good luck to your cousin.
Hmmm, did you get a takeaway the night before?

Another thing could be, like you say, its all in your head.
Has your house ever had an exorcism?

Even though me and my sister live 200 miles apart, I had this when she had her first baby 11 years ago!
I woke up in excrutiating agony one morning at around the time she actually gave birth! Im just glad I caught the last ten minutes and not the whole 17 hours she was in labour! lol

Hmmm, come to think of it I did have a chicken tikka and a glass of wine (or 4 !)
But seriously i know its not that, i cant explain but its different and a really wierd feeling!
No baby yet but I hear she is giving the nurses what for...come on Hannah pussshhhhhhhhh!!!!
I think it is very possible and a lovelt thought too.
You hear of things like this all the time so why shouldn't it happen to you?
You will probably get one or two come in a tell you it's total cr@p but I believe in stuff like this.

I hope it all goes well for her.
Xx
I had excruciating pain coursing through my body, coincidentally when my wife was in labour. Fortunately she let go of my hand after a while. But at least I can take comfort in the knowledge that I shared her pain, however weird and spooky.
Sorry, I don't believe it. How come you only had this strange sensation now? I mean if you and your cousin were that close, you'd have felt things way before .... I think it was just the curry you had, but if you keep feeling these weird sensations, I recommend seeing a doctor asap.
