bodykits?

I have an e46 330 bmw (01 plate) i have recently upgraded the bodykit to a reiger rear bumper and an m3 front bumber, also got two 4.5 inch exhausts either side and LED rear lights. Does anyone know if the ac schnitzer front lip fits onto the m3 bumper as this is what i need to finish the car but sdont know if i will need to change the whole bumper to get this.
