Has my neighbour any right in claiming back a whole 1 feet of land, according to my deeds is mine but he claims is his.
The land registry deeds are not conclusive of where the dividing wall is.
Also this wall has been there well before 1980 according to are other neighbour but since we have move in on 2001 he has threten us all the time saying he has the right to claim the land back but does not what to.
Is it right that if he has known of this and has not claimed his right within 12 years of knowing then he loses his right to this land and according to our deeds its ours.
