How do you fit an in-line filter to a diesel vehicle? Is it as simple as cutting the fuel line and installing the filter. I ask because i am worried about getting air in the fuel line
and causing problems......!
Thanks in advance to anyone who replies

No secret....! A Ford fiesta deisel van. I thought the job would be the same on all makes.
You don't need to- it already has a filter: check your manual.
On some fuel filters there is a drain on the bottom of the filter to remove impurities including water that has mixed with your fuel. The fuel filter is similar to an oil filter which has to be changed at service intervals and just screws into the holder.
