I bought an '02' punto from ebay. It has manual central locking, but about an inch of one of the keys has snapped off inside the drivers side door. Any suggestions how I could remove it? Thanks

take the inside door card off and remove the door lock, then you should be able to get it out,or try a very strong magnet.
This happened to me once in a petrol station. I waited 5 hours by the pump with steering lock on for the AA key man to come. He took it out in seconds using a a pair of long nose plyers and then made a new key. There was enough of the key showing to pull it out.. If that doesnt work are you a member of any of the motoring organisations?
My Dad did this - he put a drop and I mean a drop of superglue on the very end of the key that was left and put it in the lock and pushed it in for a couple of minutes. The piece which had broken off stuck to the key and came out of the lock. He then took it to get a new key cut.
