How do I get to the water bottle on a ford focus to reconnect the pipe, do you have to remove the wing?

Not sure about a Focus, but the inside of the wheel arch should be plastic. This should be removeable.

On most cars you can release the strap holding the washer bottle (2-bolts) and lift the bottle out, re-connect the tube and re-assemble.

May not have a strap - just a couple of bolts holding it to the wing. Sorry.
