I was caught by a speeding camera on 30th May 2006 and have received numerous letters. These have all been dodged as the vehicle is a company car. It is now 6 months later and I have received a 14 day warnign letter but not been issued with a court summons. Is it correct that as it is over 6 months I cannot be fined?

only if you have not been sent a letter, and as you have been sent several, you will be fined, and now it will be double, and you will get 3 pts,the fact that its a company car makes no difference.its who was driving at the time.
as a fleet manger witnessing this everyday, you will be held liable by your company. you will get the points and you will be paying the fine. why ignore it? mug
