Fiesta auto cutting out..............again!

Fiesta Ghia 1.3 1994 has been playing up for a few months (read previous entries). Was advised to use a fuel injector cleaner, which I did. Car has been ok since putting the cleaner in, not running perfectly but much better than before. Has been fine since I first used it, until this week, when it has decided to play up again. Just cut out a couple of times at junctions/lights, but now when I put it into drive it dies. Always starts first time but then when put into drive it does it again. Any more ideas would be welcome.............

From what you say, You could have (4) problem..

1, The engine is sucking to much air in,
2, You could have a blogged fuel pipe,Or a split fuel line, not letting enough fuel in to the engine.
3, You could have a blowen gasket..( inlet one, or, a carburator one).
4, And check your spark plugs and HT leads.
