i have had my honda head re scimd ok for 2, weeks now oil coming out all over engine whate now can be the problem

Who put the head back on? It could be they haven't used the correct torque to screw in the head bolts. First get someone to check it with a torque meter. If it's not that, did you re-new the Head Gaskett?
