There was a full page ad this week in the Sunday Times advertising something called The Drivers' Handbook which reckons it can show drivers how to avoid motoring fines and prosecutions. They say this is the fifth edition. Has anyone purchased an earlier edition? If so, was it worth the money? Or is it just a money making scam? The cost is 29.00 including p&p.

I have heard it's basically just full of generalisms -I've not read it myself but I don't think there's any police secrets or anything like that in there . If you want to get off a "safety" scamera fine, which is the reason most people want to get this sort of info, go to http://www.pepipoo.com/

All the info you need and free.......!!

There's a similar site that deals with parking fascism but I can't remember what it's called at the moment.
i asked same question some months earlier (did,nt get the answer i was looking for) and personally the book seems imho just too good too be true with its "cured cancer discovered the holy grail" type claims
