i wouldnt have thought that over filling the oil would be causing this problem, the engine should just burn off any oil that is excessive. i would have the bike checked out by a mechanic if you dont know what you are doing.
Over filling can be quite bad for a bike, blown oil seals etc but the only thing I can think of to cause the symptom's you have is that excess oil was blown through the piston rings and caused the plugs to oil up. If it is that it should clear if the oil level is correct unless the pressure has broken the rings.

thanks for answers, i cheeked the plugs and they looked ok,the airbox had a bit off dirt and oil in it so i cleaned it bike running a little bit better but when i tested it the engine would struggle a bit when idleing the revs rise and drop a little bit and when rideing it gos ok but then stuggles a bit but if i give it any throttle it is ok, i took it down the duel carrageway and at higher speeds the engine starts to cut out and the back in also the exhast pops a bit but it is a race can and have been told it is normal and when i pull the cluch in the revs drop and engine stalls also i if i rev it hard in neutral a small bit of white smoke comes out exhaust. engine sounds a bit knockey but a friend told me that that is normal????? hellpp i have ran out of ideas how to fix this i will book it in but my local bike shop is booked up for three weeks and i need bike for work ? have fitted air new air filter. if i leave it to tick over it is fine and will tick over alright apart from revs up and down a bit it only revs up and down a very little bit
