Hyundai Tucson: I have a leak!

My Tucson is 14months old, i have only had it 4 weeks. Underneath the car, in the middle, has a leak from a small pipe. My husband says it looks like an overflow pipe of sorts but is not sure. Thinks it is something to do with where the water drains from the windscreen. Hasn't rained that much and seems to drip constantly. Can any body tell me what this could be. Had a look in handbook, but i'm not sure what i'm supposed to be looking for!

I think it will be your air conditioning, it's nothing to worry about, just dip your finger in it and if it colourless tate it , if it tastes of nothing it's ok.

It also could be a radiator overflow. dont taste it will you , its poisonous.
