That is not really high mileage for a diesel car.

The engines last a lot longer than petrol engines, usually.

i'll be honest don't buy a kia, buy an older vw golf diesel, or a mazda, toyota,
It's a big brute and is heavy on fuel - 35 ish even with the diesel but it pulls like a train and has all the toys. High miles are ok if they're mainly motorway miles and service history is ok. High miles town driven are 'taxi' miles and take their toll on everything on the vehicle. Lot of car for the money but I'm not sure about Kias - probably no reason to be wary of them as they get decent reports and the Sedona is a good looking MPV.
The Sedona has a mercedes diesel engine which is very good. The actual car however was very cheap and chearful to start with and the build quality was awful. The engine should be OK it is the rest of the car you need to worry about
true, diesels do last much much longer than petrol engines if looked after properly.
however its the rest of the car you need to worry about ,ie brake discs bearings shockers etc. can be quite pricy to replace especially on foreign makes.
Kia .. really? .... hmmm ...you sure?
