I have a Toyota Aygo 2013 with a touchscreen radio/satnav system . This car is new to me and Im struggling to use this

You should arrange to have it disabled/disconnected asap.

Whoever came up with the idea of having a multi-function multi-menu touchscreen device in the front of a car to be used by the driver must be stark raving bonkers.

I would take a trip to your Toyota dealer and ask for help even if you didnt buy it from them. They might be happy to spend a few minutes getting you going with it - once you know the basics then understanding the manual may become easier.
