A few weeks back I purchased for a friend a Damaged Mirror for a Honda Civic, after receiving Images & the used part seemed ok, I paid for the parts by Card, the item WAS SEEN on the big selling site E????? but bought & paid not with PP, when the parcel arrived I noticed the parts were damaged & should have been Ad as scrap, I contacted these people in Doncaster & stated that these parts were unusable & that they should never have been advertised, you bought the parts as damaged, you paid the price, no refund, " That's what they thought" if this does happen to yourself & you have tried E for advise / help even though you bought away from the site you can seek advice from your Debit Card Bank, It title, "Merchandise Charge Back" when you talk to your bank ask for this department, this bit of info is not trying to be clever by myself but helpful information if all other avenues fail. If the critics start, I will request removal.

Just where is Citisium in the periodic table?
^^between protassium and seesium
Ah yes, elemental.
I'm unsure why you are getting het up about expected criticism.
Good advice.
I don't really follow what you're saying, but you bought a damaged mirror and it was damaged? If your bank card provider has taken it up, you're lucky.
I presume it was advertised as .....

Damaged/repairable

Turned out to be......

Damaged/beyond repair

That's all it took Zac, but I did not use M.L site.

Just "Damaged" Mam.
You forgot to say that you paid with your debit card.
The 'you can seek advice from your Debit Card Bank' was a bit of a clue hc.

Look at the start of my post again HC.

I would advise that you heed the advice given, it's good.
'Card' is a bit vague,TWR. And you can state eBay here, it's not a banned word.
Good advice, though. If item is under £100 use debit card, over £100 use credit card to at least pay a deposit.

My Bank has now taken this case up but they said they don't think I will get the postage, I replied to the Bank staff in good humour ( Believe it or not) I could not have seen the faulty / scrap parts until the parcel arrived & was inspected, so with that in mind I want my monies refunded including the postage, he laughed.

Bank Card HC, another point, never say, oh well another one lost, "Why" a lot just give up & look elsewhere, I don't.
why exactly did you order damaged goods without at least knowing what the damage was?
Why would you buy something know that it was damaged - you are just asking for trouble!!
I don't blame them for refusing your refund!!
Question Author
I knew the mirror was damaged in the first place, I only wanted an Internal part, this part you can not buy as a single item, the image they sent me of the part I needed looked ok, I only found out when the parcel arrived that ALL the items were unusable in including the part I wanted, so they were scrap, to buy a replacement Mirror for this persons car was in excess of £150.00.
