Read your contract

Indeed - there is no legal stipulation about annual holidays as far as I know.  I know the tacograph (thingy) measures what you do and I know there are laws about how long you can drive for in a day etc - you know it better than me adiefatpants.  :-) But your annual leave will be down you you and your employer.

Under the ERA 1996, section 1, you have a right to a written copy of your contract - so if you can't find it, ask for another copy and check it out.  :-)

PS - Welcome to AB :-)

All workers, part-time or full time, are entitled to four weeks' leave each year and the week means working week. If you work a five-day week it's 20 days or 16 days if a four-day week is worked. This entitlement is INCLUSIVE of Bank Holidays and NOT in addition to Bank Holidays as a lot of folk believe.
TCL - oooops!  Missed that, sorry adiefatpants!
