and what if this person had an accident, what would happen?

how would they pay costs etc? could they lose their house etc?

could they go to prison etc?

it is common mythology that any transgression in some way begats others. Driving without a licence is just that. The most common is falacy is with insurance. Where as no doubt an insurance company would use any excuse to reduce or not pay out at all it does not follow that insurance is invalidated just because some other infringement is evident.
