Bikers High Seas Rally

read in the paper yesterday this couple and teenage kids went on a cruise with Royal Caribbean passenger capacity 3,600 people and 2,500 of them turned out to be bikers & partners on their annual cruise, they took over the ship and made everyone's life a misery. How unlucky can you get, it was for the woman's 50th birthday.

The point about cruises is that you get what you pay for..........gone are the days when only the privileged few went on cruises, now cruises are available to .....ANYONE........and you see what you may get.
Dress codes have changed over the years, now, some cruises allow one to wear beechwear in the restaurants.
The same is with 5 star hotels....open to plebs who don't know how to behave or dress appropriately.
I bet, that the "non bikers" on that cruise who were not snobs, came off that cruise as confirmed lifetime snobs.

Five star's open to all of us now, sqad..... if you can afford it, you can go.
I must admit I was surprised to see people with backpacks and flipflops at dinner in our hotel in Malta a couple of years ago, I still think it's nice to change for dinner (even though the full DJ stuff is only for special occasions these days).
