Ahh we're not living in it. We've got a tenant in there. Very nice man. When the years up we'll decide whether to keep renting it out or sell it. Probably sell it as we got it for a lot less than the houses in the road are valued at x

My valet swears that he gave the envelope to the butler for him to post - but the butler swears that he gave it one of the under footmen - who swears that he gave it to the cook - who swears that she gave it to scullery maid -who swears that she gave it to the boot boy - and so on, and so on - but it certainly never reached the estate agent :(
