Yes they do mdoo, but you need to have the European maps loaded.

I like TomTom miky. I know it is probably a bit more expensive than others but it is what I'm used to.

you can buy world maps if your satnav has a slot for the cards, or you can buy a European model (ie; Tomtom One XL Europe.. that'll be mine then!).

Actually Mdoo. The question was which is the best sat nav. Not which ones work. So I think the answers are vaild.
