Is the driver being prosecuted?
Assuming the other side admit full liability, it is still impossible to say. Any award is made up of general damages (a compensatory award for pain suffering and loss of amenity). This will depend on the medical evidence. ONce the medical expert has given his final report the lawyers will value it based on the Judicial Studies Board Guidelines and previous cases. The other element of damages is "special damages" - this is actual loss - ie loss of earnings, replacement of clothes, bike, expenses for trips to doctor, physiotherapy sessions etc.

Sorry to be unhelpful, but each case is fact sensitive and only your lawyers can advise based on the expert evidence and extent of your injury.
This happened to me over 30 years on a scooter. I swerved and narrowly avoided a car which cut across me into its driveway. The other insurer had to gall to say that I fell off my bike when the insured was already in his driveway. I hope you get more joy, and that there were independent witnesses to what happened.

the police will not be prosecuteing anybody as there is no evidence i doubt very much the driver will admit anything but i could be wrong i guess time will tell
as barmaid pointed out it will depend on my medical which is next week
from what ive been told worse case it could be 50 /50
which seems to mean whatever is awarded i would get half to me it seems like a game of numbers and these cases normally get settled before either side as to pay heavy court costs would that be correct to say
