Ford Focus ST170 Headlamp washers

The nearside headlamp washer is not working. It is the type that pops out about 1" from the bumper before spraying the headlight. Could it be an electrical or mechanical problem? Thanks in advance.

Thanks mdoo98. I have looked everywhere under the bonnet and cannot see anything because it is all hidden away. Trouble is Haynes dont do a manual for ST170. It looks like a job for Fofd main dealer. Yes i am a cnc machine setter. Cheers again.

Thanks again mdoo98. Thats really helpful. Will try topping up repeatedly. I program Cincinnati 630 & 500 Machining centres, can be quite stressful!
