escort window switch

i have a s reg ford escort finesse and the passenger window wont work and the switch isnt lit up but the drivers switch is and that works fine any ideas??

hi - don't know if you have done already - if not, check that they are on the same fuse - very often left and right components are on different fuses, if so you just might get away with a fuse,if they are different swap thae fuse to see if it does the job ?? good luck

had same problem turned out to b a loose connection under the switch take it out and wiggle the wires about to find it. I ended up replacing the connection on the wiring as this was the faut
