rover 216 sli head gasket might of gone?

hi can anybody tell me please if my head gasket has gone i have lost my heater also car running a bit sluggish loss of power also filler tank has no water in it filled it up and it all went agian in about 2 minutes can anybody please help.thanx!!!!

have you checked if you have a water leak anywhere,fill it up with water and run the engine and look for any leaks,it could be a pipe or water pump problem.
