Ford Fiesta TDCI 1.4 Tick Over

I would like to make my fiesta run a little faster on tick over.Its a 1.4 tdci on a 2003 plate, Not the new new shape. It runs just under 1k or about 750. I keep stalling the thing. Cheers G

The correct idle speed for your car is between 700 and 800 rpm, it's not adjustable.
It's remotely possible there could be a problem with the accelerator pedal position sensor, but I very much doubt it.
Could be that it's plain old driver error, sorry.
not adjustable as rojam syas its electronically controlled via the ecu. i do know of some of these cars having computer/ecu related faults though maybe thats worth a check.
